Rehabilitation Therapies

Our goal for every patient is to decrease dependence on caregiving by increasing functional abilities to keep patients independent in the comfort of their own homes. Part of the rehabilitation process is to increase the quality of life while maintaining a safe living environment. The outcome of therapy is to assist the patient in reaching his or her highest level of rehabilitation potential.

Our physical therapists teach and train patients to develop and improve their motor skills for functional independence in their own home. VNA occupational therapists assist in rehabilitating the patient to functional independence in their own environment. And speech therapists/pathologists provide services to clients with deficits in the area of communication, language skills and swallowing difficulties.
