Visiting Nurse Associations of America
VNAA is the official national association for not-for-profit, community based home health organizations known as Visiting Nurse Associations. VNAs have a united mission to bring compassionate, high quality, and cost-effective home care to individuals in their respective communities.
VNA is the exclusive provider of HomMed, a daily home monitoring device, in Omaha and the surrounding communities. Daily home monitoring is for everyone, but especially benefit those individuals with chronic illnesses such as congestive heart failure, diabetes, pulmonary diseases, or are frequently hospitalized and have changeable medical conditions.
