Family Friends

Volunteers in the Family Friends program are compassionate adults who give support to families through caring, listening and providing practical help to meet the demands of daily living. Family Friends reach out to special needs children such as those who are chronically ill, developmentally challenged or terminally ill, as well as to children in stressful home situations. Volunteers receive orientation before being matched with a family and are invited to participate in all VNA volunteer activities.
