The mission of the Visiting Nurse Association is to foster the dignity and well-being of the residents of our communities by delivering the highest quality home and community-based health care services that provide peace of mind, quality of life and independence.

Our Vision

To be the "Overwhelming Choice" for home and community-based health care in the communities we serve. The VNA will be the leader in compassionate care, dependability, continuity of care, ease of access and clinical competency.
